  Ingredients

1. Mix the soy sauce, honey and sesame oil. Add salt and pepper. Remove the fat from the duck breasts and cut the flesh into cubes. Marinate in the preparation for 30 minutes. Preheat the broiler.

2. Drain the meat pieces and roast them for a few minutes, turning regularly.

3. Meanwhile, bring the marinade to a boil in a saucepan with the orange juice and boil for 5 minutes.

4. Cover the duck with the sauce. Thread on wooden spikes alternating with grapes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds.
