Pork ribs with oven baked potatoes

Here is a recipe to prepare barbecued ribs with oven baked potatoes. A delightful dish.

1. Prepare a charcoal barbecue. In a large dish, combine the maple syrup, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, tabasco and soy sauce. Immerse the ribs in the marinade, wrap and place in the fridge for 4 hours.

2. Preheat oven to th. 7-210°C. Line an oiled parchment paper. Place the washed potatoes and bake for about 45 minutes, depending on potato size.

3. Meanwhile, drain the meat and grill the ribs for  30 minutes, basting regularly with marinade using a brush. It must be well caramelized.

4. Cut into slices and serve with the potatoes.
