Pork cheeks with apples

1. Drizzle some olive oil in a pot and heat it, brown the pork cheeks for at least 10 minutes on all sides. Add the cider and leave to cook for 10 minutes, uncovered.

2. Peel the apples and cut into quarters.

3. Pour the bouillon, the raisins and the curry into the pot. Salt and pepper to taste and leave to simmer for 30 minutes, covered.

4. Heat the butter in a hot pan, brown the apples for 10 minutes.

5. Serve the pork cheeks with the sauteed apples and sprinkle with crushed nuts.
