For a quick and easy dish, try this beef saute with peanuts and bean sprouts.

1. Cut the beef into strips.

2. Wash and hull the bean sprouts. Wash, dry and remove the seed of the bellpepper. Cut into small cubes. Wash, dry and cut the tomatoes into slices.

3. Heat oil in a wok, pour the vegetables in and saute for 5 minutes. Add the beef strips and peanuts, sprinkle with soy sauce. Add pepper and then cook for 5 minutes while stirring.

4. Divide the sauteed beef on plates and serve immediately.
