For a gourmet dish, here is a recipe to cook pork ribs with maple syrup.

Ingredients
1. Cut the pork rib into 3 pieces. In a shallow dish, combine ketchup, maple syrup, mustard, ginger, salt and pepper. Add the ribs, mix and store in the fridge for 4 hours.
2. Drain the meat and grill for 45 minutes on the barbecue. Brush regularly with marinade during the cooking.
3. Serve hot with small fried potatoes.
