Lamb with apples

1. Wash the apples and cut them in half in width. Remove the core and seeds.

2 Melt the butter in a pan, add the apples, pour a glass of water and cook covered for 10 minutes.

3. Peel and slice the onion. Wash, dry and thin out the basil. Cut the meat into small cubes.

4. Heat oil in a pan and brown the onion. Add the meat cubes and let them brown for 5 minutes. Sprinkle with ras-el-hanout, salt and pepper.

5. Divide the apple halves into 6 plates and top with the meat. Drizzle with the cooking juices and sprinkle with basil leaves. Serve warm.
