Ingredients
1. Add the pasta to the boiling salted water and cook according to the packet instructions
2. Meanwhile, heat oil in a skillet and cook the bacon until crispy. When it has a nice golden color, add the cream and reduce the heat to low. Add a pinch of salt and mix. Cook gently without boiling.
3. Drain the pasta. Pour into the pan, add the egg yolk and combine thoroughly. Add pepper. Divide the pasta in warm plates and serve immediately with grated Parmesan cheese.
