Prepare a delicious rhubarb tart with our recipe. Easy to make, this dessert will satisfy the whole family.

1.Peel 500 g of rhubarb, cut into sections. Immerse for 1 minute in boiling water, then drain.

2. Roll out 250 g and transfer in a buttered tart pan. Prick the dough with a fork, refrigerate. Preheat the oven to 180°C (th. 6).

3. Whisk 3 eggs, 30 cl of cream and 4 tablespoons of brown sugar in a bowl. Distribute the rhubarb in the tart shell and pour the batter over.

4. Bake for 20 minutes. Sprinkle the tart with 2 tablespoons of brown sugar, continue cooking for an extra 10 minutes. Let cool before serving.
