Here is a recipe to prepare small raspberry choux. Quick and easy to make, these sweets are ideal for dessert.dessert.

1. Buy 20 choux puff pastry to the bakery. Mix 180 g of raspberries with 250 g ricotta. Stir 50 g of sugar and 2 teaspoons of rose water.

2. Just before serving, cut the choux chouquettes and garnish with the raspberry cream
