Pear tarte tatin
Discover our recipe to prepare a quick and tasty dessert, a pear tarte tatin. Perfect for the weekend.
1. Preheat the oven to th. 7-210°C. Peel the pears and cut into quarters. Remove the core and cut the quarters into thin strips. Pour the sugar in a tart pan and add the butter cut into pieces. Place the tart pan over low heat and heat until a light caramel.
2. Arrange the pear slices on the caramel and cook for 5 minutes, turning frequently until they are caramelized. Remove from the fire and leave to cool.
3. Meanwhile, place the dough on a floured surface and cut a disc as the same diameter as the mold. Arrange the pear slices nicely into the mould and place the dough over.
4. Bake for 30 minutes: the dough should be golden. Remove the tart from the oven. Place a lid on the mould and let cool for 5 minutes. Unmould the tart upside down on a plate.
5. Let cool and serve.
