Ingredients
1. Wash, dry and pit the plums. Peel the peaches and cut into quarters. Squeeze the lemon. Preheat the oven to th. 7-210°C.
2. Divide the fruits on 4 squares of parchment paper. Sprinkle with lemon juice and sugar. Wash and dry the rosemary sprigs. Place 1 sprig in each papillote and close with a wooden pick.
3. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve immediately.
