Kiwi jellies

1. Peel 8 large kiwis, cut into pieces and blend. In a saucepan, mix the kiwi flesh with 640 g of sugar and 4 packets of agar-agar. Heat the mixture over low heat. Then increase the heat and boil for 5 minutes, stirring constantly with a large wooden spoon.

2. Pour onto a baking sheet or tart pan. Let take for about 3 hours.

3. Cut the kiwi jellies using a cookie cutter of your choice. Prick on wooden sticks, then roll them in colored sugars.
