Fruit popsicles

These fruit popsicles will put a smile on your children’s face. Use seasonal fruits for a much better result.

1. Wash and dry the fruits. Cut into pieces. Mix them in a blender with the sugar, vanilla seeds and cream to obtain a smooth texture. Let rest for 2 to 3 minutes then stir gently.

2. Divide the cream with fruit in 4 small glasses of 8 cm and 4 cm in diameter. Place in the freezer for 30 minutes.

3. Then insert in each glass, a special wooden stick for ice cream, leaving out only 2 to 3 cm. Place again in the freezer for 4 hours.

4. To serve the lollipops, prepare a large bowl of hot water, quickly dip the glasses in the bowl (2 seconds). Then turn the stick, so the ice will detach from the glass.
