Banana cream with coconut milk

Here’s an easy recipe for a banana cream with coconut milk. This is a great dessert.

  Ingredients

1. Boil 50 cl of coconut milk, 5 tablespoons of sugar, vanilla sugar and a pinch of salt. Add 2 small ripe bananas cut into pieces, remove from heat and puree.

2. Combine 10 cl of milk, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch and 2 eggs. Incorporate into the banana mixture. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Pour immediately into a bowl through a sieve. Allow to cool, stirring occasionally.

3. Add 1 tablespoons of lime juice and 15 cl of whipped cream.

Our baking tip: Complement with crushed pistachios.
