1. Cut the lemons in half lengthwise and scoop out the flesh. Squeeze it to obtain 2 tablespoons of juice.

2. Drain the tuna, cut the tomatoes, peppers and onions into small cubes.

3. Mix and add the lemon juice.

4. Stuff the lemons with this mixture, store in the fridge. Serve with a green salad.
