An exquisite dessert, this tart is very simple to achieve. Warm or cold, it is always delicious.

1. Rinse, remove the stalks and pit the cherries. Drain.

2. Preheat the oven to th. 7-210°C. Buttered a tart pan and garnish with the shortbread dough. Prick with a fork. Line parchment paper, place dried beans and bake for 20 minutes.

3. Meanwhile, whisk the cottage cheese with sugar. Beat the cream into a firm chantilly. Incorporate the sweet cottage cheese.

4. Remove the tart shell from the oven. Remove the dried dried beans and parchment paper. Leave to cool. Before serving, spread the cream mixture over the cold tart shell and scatter the drained cherries on top.
