Blueberry tart
Rediscover the flavors of a traditional blueberry tart with a homemade pastry dough.
1. Pour 250 g of flour in a bowl. Make a well and add the sugar with ½ teaspoon of salt.
2. Cut the butter into small pieces and mix with flour. Pour slowly ½ glass of water and mix quickly with a spatula. Form a ball. Let stand for 30 minutes.
3. Preheat the oven to th. 7-210°C. Buttered a tart pan. Roll out the dough thinly on the floured surface. Garnish the mould, prick the bottom with a fork, cover with a sheet of parchment paper, put some dried beans and bake for 10 minutes.
4. Meanwhile, sprinkle the blueberries with caster sugar and vanilla sugar, then mix gently. Cut the remaining dough into strips.
5. Remove the tart from the oven, the paper and dried beans, and arrange the blueberries onto the tart shell. Arrange the dough strips on top of the blueberries, sealing the strip to the the tart shell. Bake for another 20 minutes. Let cool before serving.
