General informations
Ingredients
1. Spread the pizza dough roll on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Mix the mascarpone and caster sugar. Preheat the oven to 200°C (th. 6/7).
2. Open the apricots in half, remove the pit and cut in half.
3. Divide the mascarpone mixture over the pizza dough, leaving a 2 cm margin around the edge, then arrange apricots nicely on top. Sprinkle with pistachios and icing sugar.
4. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and leave to cool before serving
