Vegetable wrapped in sole fish

How to cook sole fish? Well, try with vegetables, it is fun and healthy!

1. Wash the vegetables. Cut the asparagus at 1cm on the base. Peel the carrots. Cut the bell pepper in two and remove the seed. Chop them and chop the carrots and zucchinis into stick lengthwise. Slice the leeks in two. Salt them all. Steam all the vegetables for 20 minutes.

2. Cut the leeks into lengths: Spread the sole fillets on a work station. Divide the vegetables on each fillet. Roll the fish on itself and tie it. Place the rolls in the steamer for 7 minutes.

3. Wash and dry the dill. Squeeze the lemons, dress the sole on each plate. Sprinkle lemon juice, decorate with dill and sprinkle pepper. Serve.
