Tuna pizza with zucchini and ricotta

Here is an easy recipe to prepare a pizza with tuna, zucchini and ricotta. Enjoy!

1. Wash and cut the zucchini into small cubes. Steam for 15 minutes. Drain and crumble the tuna. Then preheat the oven to 240°C (th. 8).

2. Roll out the pizza dough into a large circle on a floured surface and transfer on a floured baking sheet. Spread with the tomato pulp.

3.  Add the crumbled tuna, diced zucchini, ricotta and grated parmesan cheese. Bake for 15 minutes.

4. Serve immediately.
