Stir-fried noodles with shrimps and vegetables

For a Chinese-inspired dish, prepare a stir-fried noodles with shrimps and vegetables.

  Ingredients

1. Immerse the noodles in salted boiling water and cook as indicated on the package. Drain and refresh with cold water. Set aside.

2. Peel shrimp, leaving the shell of the tail.

3. Rinse the bell pepper and slice. Drain the baby corn and cut in half lengthwise. Slice the spring onions. Wash and cut the cucumber into thin sticks. Wash, dry and chop coriander.

4. Heat oil in a wok. Pour all the vegetables and fry over high heat for 5 minutes. Add the prawns and cook for 5 minutes. Add the noodles, reduce heat, sprinkle with a dash of soy sauce, some salt and pepper. Before serving, reheat for 5 minutes, stirring quickly and serve with chopped coriander.

Our cooking tip: Add 1 tablespoon of coconut milk and 2 or 3 drops of tabasco with the soy sauce.
