For an easy meal to prepare, here is a steamed cod recipe with lemon, bean sprouts and radish.

  Ingredients

1. Turn on the steamer.

2. Salt and pepper the cod fillets and place them in the steamer basket. Cut lemon slices and top them on the fish. Cook for 10 minutes (check the doneness with the tip of a knife).

3. Boil quickly the bean sprouts, and cut radishes into thin slices. Divide lettuce, soy and radishes on 4 plates.

4. Arrange the cod over salad and sprinkle with chives.
