Salmon and basil terrine

This salmon terrine flavored with basil is really delicious. It is perfect to awaken the taste buds of gourmets.

  Ingredients

1. Cook the rice as directed on the package.

2. Mix the eggs, half of a lemon juice, cream, salt and cooked rice.

3. Pour half of the batter into a buttered terrine pan, place over the sliced smoked salmon and basil leaves. Pour the other half of the batter on top. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes to th. 6-180°C.

4. Unmold and serve.
