Red mullet fillet with sesame oil

For a gourmet dish, here is a red mullet recipe with sesame oil. You can complement with mashed celery and potatoes.

1. Peel 4 large potatoes and 150 g of celery, cut into pieces. Immerse for 20 minutes in a pot of water with 1 chicken stock cube and 1 bay leaf.

2. Cut 80 g of salted butter into parcels. Drain the vegetables and mash them with a fork, add in the butter. Season with pepper.

3. Cook 4 large red mullet fillets for 3 minutes on each side with 1 tablespoon of sesame oil. Serve with a a pinch of sea salt and with the mashed on the side.
