Pan-fried seafood with garlic and tomatoes

For a light, smoky flavour, add pieces of chorizo and sausages to your preparation.

1. Peel and chop the garlic. Wash and remove the seeds of the fresh tomatoes then cut into pieces. Cut the sun-dried tomatoes into small cubes.

2. Pour the seafood in a pan over low heat. Cook until they are completely thawed. Remove the seafood from the pan and pour in olive oil. Fry the garlic and parsley in the hot oil.

3. Pour in the seafood with the prawns. Sprinkle with white wine. Add the fresh and sun-dried tomatoes, add salt and pepper. Then cook for 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
