Leek and shrimp quiche
Want an easy and tasty recipe? Here’s a quiche with leeks, shrimps and lemon.
1. Peel and slice the leeks. Heat 30 g of butter and oil in a pot. Add the leek and let sweat over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
2. Meanwhile, melt the remaining butter and brush the phyllo sheets. Line parchment paper on a tart pan then transfer the phyllo sheets one above the other.
3. Wash the lemon. Zest and cut some thin slices.
4. Preheat the oven to th. 6-180°C. Whip the cream and egg. Add salt and pepper and add the cumin and lemon zest, mix well. Pour the leek into the cream, add the peeled shrimp. Mix.
5. Pour the mixture into the mould. Spread evenly and place the lemon slices on top. Bake for 20 minutes. Serve immediately.
