Fish curry with basmati rice

1. Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a small saucepan and cook the rice until translucent.

2. Cover with water, add salt and cook over low heat for 11 to 15 minutes. Cut the fish into large cubes. Peel and slice onions. In a frying pan, brown the onion in the remaining olive oil. Add the raisins, diced fish and curry paste.

3. Stir to coat the fish with the paste, salt, cover and simmer for 5 minutes.

4. Wash and dry apples. At the last moment, cut it into wedges, remove core and cut into thin wedges.

5. Serve rice and fish and garnish with apple slices.
