Fennel and tuna skewers
For barbecue lovers, here is a recipe for tuna and fennel skewers. More original than the meat skewers.
1. Cut the tuna steaks into regular cubes. Wash, dry and chop basil. Squeeze 1 lemon. Wash the second under warm water. Wash, dry and cut the cherry tomatoes into quarters.
2. Place the tuna in a shallow dish, sprinkle with olive oil, lemon juice, salt and pepper and add basil. Let marinate at least 30 minutes.
3. Trim the ends of the fennel bulb, loosen the leaves, rinse and cut into wide strips. Blanch for 5 minutes in boiling salted water. Drain and set aside.
4. Thread the tuna cubes on skewers, alternating with strips of fennel and tomato wedges.
5. Grill the tuna skewers for 10 minutes on the barbecue. Turn halfway through cooking. Serve with lemon slices
