Here’s a quick and easy recipe to prepare a delicious burger cod.

1. Heat oil in a pan and cook over low heat the bean sprouts. When they are tender, deglaze with a little soy sauce. Pour the sesame seeds on a plate and place in the pan the cod fillets with sesame oil. Cook each side. Salt and pepper.

2. Cut the bread in half and warm them under the broiler. Divide the bean sprouts on the base of each bun, then top with 1 cod fillet.

3. Cover. Eat hot with the soy sauce.
