Ingredients
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (th. 6).
2. Melt the butter and let cool. Whisk egg whites until foamy. Add melted butter, flour, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Mix until a smooth batter.
3. Line the baking sheet with parchment paper, add butter to grease.
4. Scoop off batter by the tablespoon, spacing them, and spread with the back of a wet spoon. Bake for 10 minutes.
5. Remove from the oven and remove the tuiles with a metal spatula. Place on a rolling pin to give them a rounded shape. Leave to cool. Repeat with the remaining batter.
6. Cut the cheese into pieces and serve with the tuiles.
