Smoked salmon tartare with avocado and goat cheese

For your starter try this light smoked salmon and avocado tartare with goat cheese.

  Ingredients

1. Cut the avocados in two, remove the pit and separate the flesh from the skin. Dice the flesh.

2. In a bowl, combine the chopped onions, lemon juice, salt and 4 to 6 drops of tabasco sauce.

3. Cut the slices of smoked salmon into strips.

4. Mix the goat cheese, the creme fraiche, the pressed garlic, oil, salt and a dash of  pepper.

5. Place a round ring mould on the plate and arrange a layer of the diced avocados.

6. Top with smoked salmon.

7. Garnish with 2 tablespoons of goat cheese.
