These smoked salmon and avocado rolls with lemon will make a perfect starter on a sunny day.

1. Squeeze the lime. Combine the juice in a bowl with a few drops of sesame oil and chili paste. Add salt and mix well.

2. Open the avocados in half. Remove the stones and peel. Cut the flesh into small cubes in a bowl. Sprinkle with lemon juice and mix gently.

3. Lay out the smoked salmon slices on the work surface. Spread the avocado mixture on them. Then roll the slices of salmon on themselves.

4. Cut the salmon rolls in three and place them in small plates. Peel and slice the onion. Decorate the salmon rolls with minced onion. Serve well chilled.
