Impossible to resist to these green apple and prawn verrines. A refreshing starter!

1. Wash the apples, cut them into quarters, then into cubes. Sprinkle with lemon juice.

2. Remove the prawn shells and cut into cubes. Mix the apples with the prawns, add salt and pepper.

3. Place a layer of apple and prawn at the base of the verrines, drizzle olive oil and cover with a layer of whipped cheese. Repeat and end with a layer of cheese.

4. Crack some pepper over it and keep in the fridge until time to serve.
