Discover our easy recipe for goat cheese tartlets, with honey and rosemary. Serve as a starter.

  Ingredients

1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (th. 6).

2. Cut 2 puff pastry discs, same diameter of the tartlet molds, using a cookie cutter or a glass.

3. Fill the tartlet molds with the dough. Prick with a fork.

4. Cut slices of the goat cheese logs into 1 cm thick.

5. Pour a little creamed honey In each bottom of the tartlet pans and top with 2 slices of goat cheese, pepper, and finally arrange a few sprigs of rosemary. Bake for 30 minutes.
