Ingredients
1. Preheat the oven to 180°C (th. 6). Buttered the individual molds. In a saucepan over a low flame, heat 18 cl of milk with 135 g of liquid honey and 135 g of brown sugar, stir. Let cool.
2. Combine 110 g flour, 1 teaspoon of baking powder, 1 teaspoon of cinnamon and 65 g butter. Stir in the sweetened milk and mix until a smooth texture. Add 1 egg and mix.
3. Divide the mixture into the molds, bake for 20-25 minutes. Unmold on a wire rack and let cool.
