Here is a recipe to prepare mashed potatoes with olive oil and herbs. A gourmet dish to enjoy in family!

  Ingredients

1. Peel, rinse the potatoes and steam for 25 minutes.

2. Wash and dry the sprigs of chervil. Mash the potatoes with a fork. Put in a saucepan over low heat and mix quickly with salt, pepper incorporating olive oil in gradually.

3. Divide the mashed potato in 4 plates. Garnish with chervil sprigs. Serve warm.
