This colorful salad is a feast for the eyes and a treat for the taste buds. It is made with different kinds of vegetables.

  Ingredients

1. Crush the hard boiled eggs finely with a fork. Mix with the mayonnaise. Place in a cake mould.

2. Cut the white onion into strips and the cucumber into cubes.

3. Add the layers into the mould without mixing. Add the ham cubes, mimolette cheese, cucumber and white onion. Top with green peas.

4. End with a bed of chopped salad. Cover the mould with cling film and place in the fridge for 1 to 2 hours before serving.
