Anise apple and pear salad

For a light and fruity dessert, we suggest a fruit salad recipe with apples, pears and anise. A good way to end the meal.

1. Grate a lemon zest, then dice. Squeeze the lemon. In a saucepan, bring 75 cl of water to a boil with sugar, vanilla pod split lengthwise, lemon zest and 2 star anise. Simmer for 15 minutes. Remove the vanilla bean.

2. Wash and dry the pears and apples, then cut in half. Remove the core and seeds. Slice finely and sprinkle with the lemon juice.

3. Divide the fruit salad into 6 shallow dishes. Sprinkle with syrup.
