For an evening with friends, here is a basic chorizo pizza recipe. Your guests will love it.

Ingredients
1. Pour 1 teaspoon of olive oil over the dough, knead 1 minute and set aside. Preheat the oven to 210°C (th. 7).
2. Lightly oil a pie pan. Coarsely chop the peeled tomatoes. Skin the chorizo, then cut into thin slices.
3. Transfer onto the pie pan and cut out the center as a star. Spread the crushed tomatoes, mozzarella slices and grated emmental cheese. Add the chorizo slices. Pepper, drizzle with olive oil and fold the remaining dough on the filling. Bake for 25 minutes.
4. Serve with basil leaves.
