Make this summery fruit cocktail with red fruit and pommeau liqueur.

1. In a glass tumbler, muddle the basil, the raspberries and the strawberries with the pommeau liqueur. Add ice cubes, cucumber syrup and ginger ale. Decorate with rosemary and serve with 2 straws.

For light and feminine drinks with fruity notes, the pommeau is obtained by mixing 2/3 apple juice with 1/3 of calvados.

Alcohol has to remain a pleasure, drink with moderation.
