Strawberry, balsamic and poppy seed tartines

For an easy appetizer, we recommend our tartines recipe with poppy seeds, strawberry, balsamic and olives. A real delight.

  Ingredients

1. Reduce the vinegar and sugar in a saucepan until it becomes syrupy. Let cool.

2. Wash, remove the stalks and cut the strawberries into small pieces. Put in a container with the cold balsamic syrup, place for 10 minutes to cool.

3. Preheat the oven on grill position. Cut the rolls in half, Toast them quickly under the grill.

4. Spread the chopped olives on the toasted rolls. Top with some strawberries with balsamic, and decorate with chives. Serve.
