Make some delicious homemade onion rings. Enjoy for appetizer or starter.

1. Peel the onions. Cut into slices. Separate the slices. Set aside

2. In a bowl, beat the eggs. Mix the flour and baking powder, then gradually add to the eggs. Then stir the milk and beer. Salt and pepper.

3. Heat the oil. Dip the onion rings in the batter and fry for 2 to 3 minutes, depending on your taste. Drain on paper towels. Serve warm.

Our cooking tip: To be more crispy, you can pass the onions in breadcrumbs just before putting them in oil.
