1. Wash and drain the mesclun. Clean the mushrooms and cut the stem. Peel and slice the onion. Wash, dry the tomatoes and slice.

2.Combine 3 tablespoons of olive oil with vinegar, salt and pepper.

3. Shape six beef patties with half of the chopped onion.

4. Melt the butter in a pan with 1 tablespoon oil and cook the patties for 2 minutes on each side, salt and pepper. Brown the sesame seeds in a nonstick pan.

5. Divide the mesclun among six plates and drizzle the dressing.

6. Assemble the burgers: put a mushroom upside down and cover it with a few leaves of mesclun, add onion rings and a slice of tomato, top with a beef patty and cover with a mushroom. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately.
