Ingredients
1. Squeeze half of a lemon juice. Cut the avocados in four and remove the stones. Peel and cut into thick slices. Arrange them on a plate and sprinkle with lemon juice so they do not turn black. Sprinkle with sea salt and pepper.
2. Cut the mini-mozzarellas in two. Toast the mini-blinis.
3. Assemble the skewers, alternating blinis, mozzarella and avocado slices on wooden skewers. Arrange on a platter and serve immediately.
