Ingredients
1. Drain the artichoke hearts. Wash the parsley, dry and chop.
2. Place the artichoke hearts and cream in the bowl of a mixer. Salt and pepper. Mix until a smooth paste.
3. Toast the slices of country bread and drizzle with a little olive oil. Spread the artichoke cream. Sprinkle with parsley and serve immediately.
