Ingredients
1. Peel and seed the cucumbers. Collect the pulp for tsatziki. Blend with plain yoghurt and cream cheese, and pass through a chinois to obtain a smooth cold soup.
2. In a bowl, mix the pulp, cream cheese, garlic and cumin powder. Combine and place into a ramekin.
3. In a plate, arrange a cucumber soup verrine and a small ramekin of tsatziki
