Here is an easy recipe to make a tasty trio of mashed vegetables.

Ingredients
1. Peel carrots, potatoes and cut into cubes. Rinse and place in a steamer for 15 minutes.
2. Trim away the trunk of the broccoli main stem, cut each floret and rinse. Cook carrots and potatoes first, then add broccoli and steam for 10 minutes.
3. Mash all vegetables separately with a fork. Pour 5 cl of milk, salt, pepper in each puree and mix. Preheat oven to th. 7-210°C.
4. Divide into 3 glasses and place in baking pan, add the butter cut in pieces and sprinkle with muesli. Bake for 5 minutes. Serve warm.
