If you like dishes from the south of France, make this pissaladière specialty. Here is the recipe to prepare this classic.

1. Peel and slice 800 g onions. Melt them for 15 minutes in a saucepan over low heat with 2 tablespoons of olive oil, add salt, pepper and 2 tablespoons of dried oregano. Stir occasionally.

2. Preheat the oven to 180°C (th. 6). Lightly oiled a baking sheet, roll out the pizza dough. Divide the onions on it and then the anchovy fillets. Decorate with 16 pitted black olives.

3. Bake for 25 minutes.
