If your children have trouble eating vegetables, here is a smoothie recipe with spinach, apples and bananas. The kids will love it.

  Ingredients

1. Cut the apples into small pieces and put with milk in a blender

2. Add the bananas, and blend.

3. Finally, add the spinach and mix.
