The six-course dinner menu (SGD250++ per person), essentially narrates a love story. Each dish represents how we fall in love and of course, live happily ever after.

It starts with “First Glance”; a slow cooked Nordic salmon, tartare parcel, cauliflower texture and oscietra caviar, followed by “Seized Hearts”, “Love Revelation”, and “Falling in Love”. The next dish is “Become One”, which is a pan-roasted Angus short rib, onion purée, roasted parsnips, black winter truffle shaving and Madeira Jus. The happy ending is a “Sweet Romance”, that consists of chocolate macaroon, passion fruit mousse, yuzu pop rocks, guava sorbet, raspberry gel and chocolate-caramel chips.

To top off the celebration of love, sip on a glass of champagne by Louis Roederer.
